We are now pleased to offer our AutoScreen™ MAX (patents pending) designed specifically for polymer filtration on reciprocating screw extrusion blow molding machines.

 

image 003Process regrind materials for middle layers by  continuously and automatically filtering polymers without any interruption in process conditions and with no operator requirements. With no electric motors, hydraulics or pneumatics – the only moving part in the AutoScreen is the screen itself. The AutoScreen™ MAX is designed to fit in the tight spaces of reciprocating screw extrusion blow molding machines.

image 005We provide a special high tensile filter band for our AutoScreen™ units. We offer filtration levels from 90 to 400 microns in sizes ranging from 1-1/4" (30mm) to 8" (200mm).
