image 002We invented the AutoScreen™ concept of automatic, continuous screenchanging with filter screens in the form of woven ribbons, and have manufactured and sold this device in large numbers worldwide. We've added new technologies and refinements during our many years of experience in the field of melt filtration.

 

image 003The AutoScreen™ is the first choice in the production of blown and cast film, sheet, profiles, pipe, tubing, fiber, filaments and other products that benefit from uninterrupted extrusion with steady process conditions. With no electric motors, hydraulics or pneumatics – the only moving part in the AutoScreen™ is the screen itself – our screenchangers are compact and can be easily installed with minimum line adjustment.

image 005We provide a special high tensile filter band for our AutoScreen™ units. We offer filtration levels from 90 to 400 microns in sizes ranging from 1-1/4" (30mm) to 8" (200mm).
