The Old Solution - Slide Plate ScreenChangers

We are not your typical "screenchanger" company and our line of screenchangers don't look like screenchangers. The old traditional screenchanger is only a mechanical method to "change a screen pack." During the "change", your line will experience "spikes" in pressure and disturbances of the flow stream. If your process cannot tolerate pressure changes like blown film, sheet, thin-wall tubing, corrugated and smooth wall pipe, you have to add another cost ... a Melt Pump/controls.

The bottom line has increased from Screen Pack + Screenchanger + Hydraulic or pneumatic pumps + Melt Pump in addition to a large footprint and many man-hours.
